The BnF, which stands for National Library of France, is a public institution under the authority of the Ministry of Culture. BnF's mission is to collect, preserve, enrich and communicate the national documentary heritage.

Operated by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department of HKSAR Government, the Hong Kong Public Library adopted LCP for ebook ressources. LCP server and mobile applications (android +iOS) developped by Wafer Systems (Asia) Limited.
